Welcome to our web page! If you are exploring and looking for a church to visit, let me introduce you to First Presbyterian Church. Since 1835 we have been a vital congregation serving Jesus and our neighbors in our work and worship. We have a congregation of all ages and you will find a community of real people who are more concerned about who you are than what you wear, more concerned about the life you are building in your search for God than the life you have led. One of the hallmarks of Presbyterianism is that we are willing to ask, and to be asked, the hard questions that life throws at us. It doesn’t mean we always have answers, or that we have answers yet, just that we are willing to work on them together and see where God leads us. And if one of your questions has been, “What must I do to be saved?” know that here we answer it by pointing to Jesus and answering, “Nothing. He’s already done it all.” Everything we do is simply our, “Yes,” to God’s goodness. We worship together on Sunday at 11:00 A.M. in the sanctuary, with Sunday School at 9:45 for all ages and youth group on Sunday evening. Visit our Facebook page to experience our worship and see if you might like to meet us in person. And may God bless your search for a church home! Pastor Blake
